Agile, innovative and hooked on digitalisation – that’s Communisystems. Since 2016 we’ve been accompanying medium-sized companies as they transition to the modern world of work. We know something about transition and change: in just a few years, we’ve developed into a corporate group with more than 120 employees at several locations. We want to maintain this positive growth. And for that, we’re looking for open-minded technology enthusiasts to join the Communisystems team.

What do you do (that is, which position do you hold)?
I’m a campaign manager at hup-si. My responsibility is to prepare and execute campaigns to acquire new customers and strengthen existing customer relations.
What drives you in your everyday work?
I find it really exciting to strike up a dialogue with different characters. In collaboration with our partner PDS, plenty of opportunities are emerging for promoting our products and training courses. I can be creative and it’s always very varied.
Hassib
What do you do (that is, which position do you hold)?
I work as a key account and partner manager and see myself as a service provider for our customers, but also as the interface with our teams in the Communisystems Group.
What drives you in your everyday work?
The mission that drives me in my everyday work is making my customers, as well as our teams, fans of Communisystems. I’m firmly convinced that we are still far from having exhausted our potential. I firmly believe that our company will double, maybe even triple, its number of employees. Not many people have the good fortune to witness such fantastic development. That’s why I’m here. Every day, our teams contribute to this continuing success story.
Claus
What do you do (that is, which position do you hold)?
I’m a consultant and help our customers to boost digitalisation of their work processes using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, to name just a few). I am also working on expanding and networking the Communisystems Academy and developing new training content.
What drives you in your everyday work?
Working in a creative and inspiring environment where I have the possibility of co-shaping processes and taking on responsibility. I’m motivated by learning something new every day in the fast-developing world of digitalisation and being able to apply it directly in projects. Moreover, I really enjoy analysing, optimising and automating analogous work processes and thereby simplifying and accelerating them.
Johannes
What do you do (that is, which position do you hold)?
My assignments are very varied: I’m an external IT supporter for RB Leipzig on site and also a field service engineer for Communisystems-Care. The rest of the time I spend at our service desk, providing remote support for our customers.
What drives you in your everyday work?
A cool and relaxed relationship with my colleagues. And my assignment with RBL: by always taking on new tasks and challenges, I gain new experience every day.
Nils
What do you do (that is, which position do you hold)?
I’m the head of Key Account Management for Vodafone. Together with my team we ensure that the custom software there runs smoothly and continuously develop the solutions using the agile approach.
What drives you in your everyday work?
In customised software development, no two days are the same. I get my motivation from new challenges and constant change. There’s no danger of the daily grind setting in. Moreover, it’s great to approach challenges in a pragmatic and agile way and learn from mistakes. At the same time, I enjoy supporting each and every team member in their personal development.
Michaela
What do you do (that is, which position do you hold)?
I support our Sales department and make sure everything works.
What drives you in your everyday work?
My curiosity drives me. I find it exciting to be thrown into new situations again and again, to get to know different corporate cultures and be confronted with new challenges every day. Contact with the customer is important for me. My work is varied. I can work autonomously and take decisions.
Mohamad
What do you do (that is, which position do you hold)?
I work as an IT administrator & Sophos firewall consultant. I’m also a specialist in LANCOM WAN & VOIP.
What drives you in your everyday work?
What motivates me is delighting my customers and solving their technical problems. As an IT administrator, I spend more with our customers than in the office. So we’re very close to our customers and are able to act swiftly and in a solutions-focused way when problems or outages occur. What’s more, it’s fun to work in a constantly developing environment and to introduce and implement new ideas and solutions for our customers.
Oliver
What do you do (that is, which position do you hold)?
As a consultant in the Collaboration department, I deal with all issues related to Microsoft365. As part of customer projects and collaboration with our partners I conduct workshops, webinars, online training and other courses.
What drives you in your everyday work?
Even when you’re an employee of an IT service provider, it’s difficult to use and understand all the tools and systems in your own company on a day-to-day basis. If I come across a process that obstructs me in my work or is too time-consuming, I try to optimise that individual operation. I’d like to be able to pass on this knowledge to my colleagues and our customers so that digital collaboration functions smoothly in future.
